Job description
Debt Investment Banking:

Key Responsibilities

 End to end activities in debt raising for corporates

 Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business

 Develop relationships with new and existing financial institutions to present the debt proposals

 Perform various valuation methodologies such as comparable companies, precedents, and DCF

 Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

 Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including

 investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch book

 Pitch debt proposals to financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs and Funds

 Co-ordinate with financial institutions and client to successfully close the transaction

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

 2-3 years experience in debt syndication, investment banking, debt raising etc.

 Experience in developing proposals for debt raise

 MBA or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision

 Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals

 Strong communication and networking skills

 Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events

 Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

 Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority

 changes

 Strong financial modelling skills

Experience- candidate should have minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Debt Investment Bankaing Sapce & Fund rasing

CTC- 10 LAP- 16 Lpa
