Post: Hotel Staff Waiter / Waitress

Working Shift: Rotational – Day and Night

Education : 12th Pass and Above

Location: Ernakulam Kochi, Kerala

Salary: 11000 to 13000/month + accommodation + Incentive

Work Details of Waitress/waiter in Kochi
• Welcoming guest & taking orders duly following COVID1+ guidelines as per government of Kerala
• Manage cash counter and reports to manager.
• Working on Times Dine-out POS Software
• Taking all care of Kochi Ernakulam customers
• Data entries on MS Excel on inventories, daily sales, purchases, stock taking etc
• Serving food to customers and keep clean the table post order.
• Setting up café in morning and closing time
• Making coffee, Shakes, Mocktails
• Bring materials like milk, Veggie, Kirana etc fm vendors nearby Ernakulam Kochi
• Maintain daily crockery, spoon, fork etc for each tables
• Taking feedback n online review from customers of Kochi Kerala
• Delivery of food to customers upon online orders received with his vehicle. Payment shall be paid @2.5/km extra for/nearby Ernakulam Kochi KL regular customers.
• Should be ready to work in a team n helps each other on their work in case of weekly off, emergencies, rush time etc.
• Honesty is very important part to play and cash has to be tallied with sales.

Requirements
• Excellent presentation skills
• Candidate will require to have location idea or native from Ernakulam Kochi- to drive some time for required product collections.
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Team spirit
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Must have good language knowledge of Malayalam Hindi and English to communicate better with local customers of Kochi Kerala.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be ready to travel or collection of special orders nearby area of Ernakulam Kochi Kerala
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
