Location: All Gujarat
Products: Manufacturers and Exporters Of color Masterbatches, Additives and Filler Compounds for the plastic extrusion industries.

Proposed CTC:- up to 12.00 LPA
Proposed Qualification: MBA/BBA/Any Graduate
Experience :-4 to 5 Years Ultimately,

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Area Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities. Area Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.
you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
To Acquire new industrial Customer & maintain relationship with existing customer in the specified Region.
To achieve the sales Target (Per Annual)
To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products & pitch according to their specifications
Ensure timely collection of revenue from Customers.
Fulfillment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition.
Give business presentations to senior management team
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Good in follow-up.
Excellent oral and written skills. (English, Hindi & Regional Local language)
Annual sales plan vs Achievement & Monthly Calender paln vs actual visit
Sales & Marketing prefered technical and background.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
