Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Accounting Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. With 3-5 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare and upload journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve outstanding items.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare budgets, fixed assets, and management reports.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and month-end closing.
- Manage monthly billing with accuracy.
- Analyze and resolve open financial items.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in shared services is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Yardi, or Xero.
- Experience in offshore accounting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
