Job title: Senior Software Developer

Position Brief:

Looking for a talented Backend Developer with 7-8 years of total experience developing

server-side applications. The ideal developer will have a strong understanding of backend

technologies, a passion for writing clean and efficient code, and the ability to work

collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side

logic.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Implement security and data protection measures.

 Write and maintain technical documentation.

 Troubleshoot and debug applications.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the

development process.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

 Minimum 3 to 4+ years of hands on experience in backend development with Node.js and

NestJS.

 Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript.

 Good to have experience with SQL/ NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Firestore, MongoDB).

 Familiarity with Redis will be an added advantage.

 Familiarity with Express.js or related frameworks.

 Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and deployment.

 Experience with integrating third-party services.

 Familiarity with such as Salesforce will be an added advantage.

 Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular for full-stack development.

 Hands-on Experience with version control tool – Github.

 Familiarity with project management tool such as JIRA.

 Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

 Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Location: Pune(work from office module)

Total Experience: 5+ yrs, relevant experience: 4+ yrs

Notice Period: 30 days or less

Mode of Interview: online test first then face-to-face/virtual round of interview(please do prioritize candidates who can come down for face-to-face interview)

Budget: upto 18.00 LPA

Working days: Monday to Friday +.30 am to 6.30 pm
