Requirements:
• 4+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Up-to-date knowledge of tools like Figma, https://wireframe.cc, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Experience creating or managing style guides, pattern libraries, or UI libraries (e.g. Ant Design) is also considered a strong plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, as you’ll be communicating with clients directly.
• Strong organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
• Responsibility — we want to trust you!
• Soft skills — we don’t ask you to find a topic for small talk, but being just polite is OK.
