Job Description
• Preparation of MIS Reports and Presentation
• Follow up and co-ordination with sales team
• Tracking sales process and preparing sales and leads tracker documents from CRM software
• Ability to draft letters and emails with technical content
• Summarise technical articles and papers into 1-2 page executive summary
• Attend sales and technical meetings and make preparations for the same
• Prepare minutes of meetings and discussions
• Catalogue technical documents for easy reference
• Comprehensive understanding of the general / technical aspects of the job. Have to work on assignments that are confidential in nature and require considerable judgement, initiative, and specialised knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
• Coordinating Appointments and maintaining Calendar
• Travelling arrangements for Business Meetings to domestic and international locations timely
• Following up for MIS and daily reports
• Extracting bulk data from online applications
• Segregate and sort, analyze and explore data
• Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Generate reports and dashboards using various tools
• Maintaining confidential database
• Coordination for Events

Job Specification
• Should be managing/administering a CRM software in current company
• Should be assisting and working directly with Director of current company
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Excellent advance excel skills
