Responsibilities
The Vacation Sales & Marketing Specialist will proactively support vacation travel advisors and marketing team with administrative tasks
Learn to utilize supplier web-based tools, in-house CRMs, booking tools for research, review customer itinerary documentation for completeness and accuracy while preparing them for the client within our mobile app platform (AXUS)
Offer support to Director of Client Service, Vacation Travel and Marketing Manager for various projects
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations
Advisor Invoicing support
Assist with maintaining files, brochures/paperwork, and direct mail to hearth travel advisors
Assist in the development of websites and help to maintain website content using the Hubspot platform, Canva, online photo editing tools, etc
Utilize the company’s style guide and Canva-type templates to create and edit digital or print marketing assets
Work with Travelink’s preferred supplier network to execute marketing plans with Marketing Manager
Collect promotion details/assets and format content to email/website specifications on a monthly basis
Phone Leads, Web Leads, & Live Chat Support – enter, vet, and assign all leads received via VTS email to the travel advisors
Create and distribute client final travel documents for employee travel advisors and independent contractors
Support advisors with preferred partner call holding and misc
needs during extremely busy times when call hold times are lengthy
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Successfully functions independently and in a team environment where many members of the team are virtual

The company operates a network of experienced virtual travel advisors serving Fortune 500 Corporations, small to mid-market companies, entertainment industry clients, sports teams, groups, and non-profit organizations.
POSITION SUMMARY OR PURPOSE:
The Vacation Sales & Marketing Specialist will proactively support vacation travel advisors and marketing team with administrative tasks. Learn to utilize supplier web-based tools, in-house CRMs, booking tools for research, review customer itinerary documentation for completeness and accuracy while preparing them for the client within our mobile app platform (AXUS). Offer support to Director of Client Service, Vacation Travel and Marketing Manager for various projects. Please note, this is a corporate office position that does not work from home. Exempt employees have a hybrid office situation, but non-exempt corporate employees are in the Nashville office each day of the work week.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
