Job Description
As a Listings Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scheduling VCAT cases using various hearing formats. This involves working closely with members and registries across the tribunal to maximize resources and schedule hearings at the earliest and most appropriate time.
* Managing VCAT cases to ensure timely scheduling
* Collaborating with the listings team to optimize hearing schedules
* Providing support to the Listings Manager as needed
Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks accordingly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
