We are currently looking for part-time team members to join us at The Galeries location.

Please apply only if you are available for one of the following availability options:

Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, or
Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
About the Role:

Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Understand and contribute to help store achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s display)
About You:

A passionate Brand Ambassador who represents Venchi with pride and professionalism
Possess a pleasant personality with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
Responsible, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Italian or spoken Mandarin is highly advantageous
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work rights visa with at least 12 months remaining
