Responsibilities
We are looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the team driving B2B sales and profitability for a specific vertical market or industry
The Vertical Marketing Manager will help lead the development of marketing plans and programs and resulting assets for the assigned vertical market to support company sales goals and objectives
The ideal candidate will have experience working to execute marketing programs and supporting development across multiple departments including marketing research, creative development and design, sales operations, and business development
The Vertical Marketing Manager will work closely with the creative development and design team to produce relevant and targeted marketing assets for the sales teams to use
Partner with cross-functional teams, including attendance at weekly meetings with department leads
Report to VP Marketing and serve as key project manager facilitating the development and execution of a vertical-specific marketing plan, working closely with team leads from marketing research, creative development and design, sales operations, and business development
Working closely with the Marketing Director and relevant leads to audit the industry landscape and translate general product knowledge into more specific language that directly addresses vertical challenges and resonates with the B2B target audience
Execute relevant and targeted vertical presentations (PowerPoint), sales sheets, web content, emails, event materials, and videos for sales enablement
This job operates in a professional office environment
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
