Melrose Animal Hospital has an exceptional opportunity for a new Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced veterinary team.
This position will report directly to the Practice Managers. Our ideal candidate will have a veterinary nurse or medical reception background who enjoys all aspects of client care coordination. We are looking for a valuable contributor to the team who has a strong work focus and confident warm nature.

About You
Exceptional communication and client care skills
Demonstrated experience managing front of house priorities
Excellent computer skills and thrives on coordinating efficiencies
Confidence in practice management systems or booking/invoicing software
Culture is important to us – big smiles, positive influencer and team player
Veterinary experience or industry knowledge will be highly regarded
