Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Events at Stars N Celebs. The Head of Events will be responsible for communication with artists and clients, budgeting for events, planning and managing events, and driving sales through event initiatives in Mumbai.
The KRA's include
1. The person should have a strong network with event agencies in Delhi , Kolkata, Mumbai , Bengaluru and Chennai
2. Experience in executing events in competition format (like talent hunt , beauty pageant....etc) would be preferred
3. An experience in executing college and school related event would be preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the entertainment or event industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,104.16 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:

- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
7. Partnerships and PR:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Oversee public relations efforts to enhance company reputation.
8. Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviour to innovate marketing strategies.
- Test and implement new marketing tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA
Experience: 10-12 years of marketing experience, in the fintech or financial services industry and Event Management
- Proven track record of scaling user bases, launching products, and achieving growth metrics in the fintech space.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends in the fintech sector.
Preferred: Experience with SaaS products, payment platforms, or Marketing technologies is a plus.
