As a Vice Principal of a school, your role is to assist the Principal in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the school. You will work closely with teachers, staff, students, parents, and community members to ensure that the school is functioning effectively and providing a high-quality education for all students. Some of the key responsibilities of a Vice Principal of a school may include:

Curriculum Development and Implementation: Working with teachers to develop, review, and update the curriculum to ensure that it meets state and district standards, as well as the needs of the school's student population. The Vice Principal may also oversee the implementation of the curriculum to ensure that it is being taught effectively and meeting the needs of all students.

Student Management: Managing student behavior, discipline, and attendance to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment. This includes working with teachers, parents, and counselors to identify and address issues related to student behavior and academic performance.

Staff Management: Hiring, training, and evaluating teachers and staff members to ensure that they are effective in their roles and are providing high-quality education and support to students.

Budgeting and Planning: Assisting the Principal in developing and managing the school's budget, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the school's goals and objectives.

Community Relations: Serving as a liaison between the school and the community, including parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders. This may involve communicating with community members, attending community events, and addressing concerns or issues that arise.

Academic Oversight: Monitoring and analyzing student achievement data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to help students succeed academically.

Professional Development: Providing professional development opportunities for teachers and staff members to help them improve their skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in education.

Qualification - Masters in Science (Preferred), B.ed is Mandatory. Should have PGT experience along with curriculum development experience with administrative experience.
