Job Description:

As our Video/Motion Designer, you’ll be the magician who brings our brands and campaigns to life through motion. From crafting micro-animations to editing bold brand videos, you'll be part storyteller, part kinetic visionary.

Designing animated explainer videos, reels, showreels, and brand films
Creating eye-catching motion graphics for social, web, and pitch decks
Editing raw footage into polished visual stories
Colour grading / Logo intro outro
Familiar with or willing to do Podcast work
Working with brand designers to add dynamic motion elements to brand identities
Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to conceptualize campaign videos
Experimenting with type, transitions, audio sync, and mood like a true motion alchemist
2+ years of experience in video editing and motion design (agency or freelance)
Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator (bonus: Blender, Figma, DaVinci Resolve)
A keen eye for detail, rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling
Passion for typography, transitions, and subtle motion magic
Ability to take feedback without your creative soul crumbling
A hunger to experiment, push boundaries, and learn on the go
