As a Video Editor you’ll play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into captivating videos that resonate with our audience. We're seeking a creative individual proficient in video editing software. Your keen eye for detail, creative mind set, and ability to breathe life into content through seamless editing and visual effects will drive our video production efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Edit and refine raw footage to create polished videos, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and creativity.

· Enhance video content with visual effects, graphics, and animations, elevating the overall viewing experience.

· Proficiently execute tasks such as camera tracking, motion tracking, roto scoping, and compositing.

· Paying specialist attention to video 'hooks' to increase viewer retention.

· Producing media with the goal of increasing overall watch-time.

· Ensuring optimal sound quality and sound design in all video content.

· Collaborate closely with managers to understand the vision and goals of each video project.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

· Optimize videos for YouTube and other platforms, considering factors like SEO, audience engagement, and video performance analytics.

· Manage and organize video assets to maintain an efficient and accessible library for the team.

· Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content.

· Strong skills in video production and video editing.

· Proficiency in video colour grading and motion graphics.

· Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Pamplet creating)

Requirements:s

· Strong creative and storytelling skills.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, expertise is strongly preferred.

· Edit high-quality video content for Instragram and YouTube.

· Stay updated on editing technologies and industry trends.

· Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound.

· Portfolio or examples of previous video editing projects (if available) will be a plus.
