Job Summary:

As a Video Editor at Possible Business Solutions, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce videos for social media, podcasts, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives. You should have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of storytelling in video format.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, website, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
• Review raw footage and work with scripts or storyboards to create cohesive, visually appealing video narratives.
• Add music, graphics, effects, transitions, and other elements to enhance videos.
• Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper labeling and archiving of files.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions to ideate new video concepts.
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, freshers can also apply
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and After effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolution settings.
• Creativity with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in editing social media content (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
