Job description
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of video editing, from assembling raw footage to adding special effects and graphics. They will collaborate closely with our content creators and producers to bring their vision to life through high-quality video content that captivates and inspires our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos that align with our brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure the final product meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the storytelling and engagement of the videos.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, timing, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and experiment with different editing styles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field is preferred but not required.
