You’ll be at the heart of transforming raw footage into visually stunning short-form and long-form videos that drive engagement across platforms like YouTube and Instagram, while collaborating closely with the Content and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Cut, sequence, and refine footage; add transitions, effects, and motion graphics for polished output.
• Enhance audio quality, balance sound levels, and integrate background music or effects.
• Select key visuals and moments to ensure strong narrative flow and emotional impact.
• Create and integrate on-screen graphics, lower thirds, and brand elements.
Requirements
• 6–8 years of professional video editing experience in digital-first or content-heavy environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across short-form and long-form formats (podcasts, YouTube, reels, campaigns, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects; familiarity with Adobe Audition is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-driven editing tools and prompt-based video creation.
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
