Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Ahmedabad for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for social media platforms. They will work with a team to create branded video content that aligns with the company's marketing goals. Additionally, the Video Editor will be responsible for sourcing or creating original footage, adding music and sound effects, and ensuring that final products are of high quality.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience in video creation, including filming, editing, and producing quality content
- Excellency with motion graphics, visual effects, and audio mixing
- Ability to work independently and with teams to ensure deadline and organizational standards are met
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams to bring out the best of various video projects
- A creative and analytical mind that can edit to improve storytelling, pacing and messaging for a variety of different audiences and styles
- Experience in creating videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter is also favorable
- Bachelor's degree in videography, film production, multimedia studies or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in marketing agencies or other video production environments is a plus
