About The Role

We’re looking for someone who loves bringing stories to life — first through videos, and then through design.Your journey will begin as a Video Editor, where you’ll work alongside two other editors to craft high-quality content for a certification program we’re launching soon. You’ll be responsible for making the videos engaging, exciting, and error-free — every cut, transition, and title you add will shape how our learners experience the course.

After 6–8 weeks, you’ll sit down with your mentor and have another round of interviews to reimagine what comes next, as a full-time ARCian

From there, your role will evolve into that of a Graphic Designer, where you’ll shape how ARC shows up in the world — through digital content, physical collaterals, card decks, flyers, and everything in between.

This role is for someone who’s equal parts curious and creative, someone who believes in the power of design and expression.

What You’ll Do (Paid Internship Stage)
• Edit 150+ videos for an upcoming certification course
• Collaborate with a small team of editors and the branding team to maintain consistency and creativity
• Review, refine, and polish every frame to ensure high-quality delivery

What You’ll Do (Post Internship – Core Role)
• Design content for ARC’s social media and brand communications
• Create flyers, brochures, card decks, and digital assets
• Bring in your ideas, your flavour, and your way of seeing the world

What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or communications
• Strong grip on English (written + verbal)Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma / video editing tools
• Exceptional attention to detail- pixel, punctuation, and everything in between
• Great at managing time and juggling multiple projects
• A curious learner- this matters more than any tool or technique
