Job Summary
We are seeking a Video Editor Intern for a 6-month internship at our office in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for video editing and a strong understanding of creating engaging content for social media platforms. Previous experience in editing for social media pages is preferred but not mandatory. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to exciting projects.
Responsibilities
- Edit engaging video reels and content specifically for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality video edits.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create visually compelling content tailored for social media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video projects.
- Ensure all edits align with the brand's style and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in video editing, particularly for social media.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
- A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is required. (editing work related to social media is a plus)
- Previous experience in editing video reels and social media content is preferred.
- Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of storytelling and video composition.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
