Position Overview- We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid portfolio of brand-centric content. You'll play a key role in crafting visually engaging video assets that bring our brand and campaigns to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, social media, product launches, ads, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual storytelling.
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects .
- Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency in video tone, style, and voice.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, especially for branded content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects .
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Experience working on a wide range of formats (e.g., short-form content, reels, ads, product videos).
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills -able to articulate ideas clearly and contribute to creative discussions.
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing brand-related projects is mandatory .

We are looking for a professional Motion Graphics Designer with at least 1-3 years of experience in software like After Effects and Premiere Pro, who has a documented history of creative thinking and can collaborate well in teams.

Applicants must have prior experience with marketing agencies/ digital marketing/ social media marketing agencies.

Responsibilities:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing, ideally in advertising or related fields. Experience with various video formats (e.g., commercials, social media ads, corporate videos) is valuable.
- Ability to bring creative ideas to projects, understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Attention to detail in editing to ensure high-quality output.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects,Davinci resolve and Final Cut)
- Edit and create creative motion graphics for video deliverables(Social Media videos).
- Edit and deliver videos in various media, including web, mobile, etc.
- Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design and video editing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to shared drives.
- Following a script, screenplay or outline.
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
- Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage.
- Consistent, high-quality video edits for both short and long-form content.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Create new styles and formats; innovative within guidelines.
- Create social teasers, Input music and effect to existing videos.
- Managing projects from start to finish.
- In-depth understanding of social platforms
- Timely knowledge of social design features and trends
- Strong sound design and photo editing skills
- Proficient in Final Cut/Adobe Suite/Davinci resolve
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Working closely with teams to present a final product that matches their vision.
- Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with the team and the ability to bring them to life.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or post Graduate in any stream.
- Course/Diploma in Video Editing (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of exp.
