About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Video Production Manager to oversee and scale user-generated video ads production (UGC Ads). Initially managing the production of 50 videos per week, you will scale production to 500 videos per week, ensuring high-quality content and fresh talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale the production of UGC ad videos from 50 to 500 per week.
- Collaborate with new talent and content creators to ensure engaging and diverse content.
- Develop and manage relationships with content creators and sub-agencies.
- Maintain video quality, ensuring consistent messaging and style.
- Expertise in handling South Indian language campaigns is a plus.
- Prior agency and creator contacts are required for successful content sourcing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UGC ads marketing and video production at scale.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to analyze video performance for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in handling South Indian language campaigns is a plus.
