Virtual Assistant Internship (GTA-Based)

Are you highly organized, creative, and passionate about music, events, and content creation? I’m a singer, songwriter, event producer, and entrepreneur based in Toronto, and I’m looking for a GTA-based Virtual Assistant Intern to support my creative and business projects over the next four months.

This is a 4-month internship (May 1st–August 1st) that is mostly remote, with occasional in-person days to assist on set for shoots, events, or performances. It’s great for students who need hours or want to build their resume with hands-on experience in music, events, and media.

This internship involves a guaranteed honorarium will be provided at the end of the term in appreciation of your contributions. There is also potential for paid opportunities or a longer-term role with my team after the internship wraps.

What you’ll help with:

Scheduling, calendar management & email responses
Assisting with music and performance-related tasks
Event planning and coordination support
Assisting on set during shoots or live events (occasional)
Light content creation & support (e.g., social media visuals, captions, reels)
Organizing files & managing task lists
Communicating with collaborators, clients, and vendors
Research and general admin
You are:

Based in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
Organized, driven, ambitious & self-motivated
A strong communicator and problem-solver
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, etc.
Passionate about music, events, and media
Eager to learn and contribute in a meaningful way
Work well with a team
Bonus if you're:
