Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in property management and real estate investment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate activities. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including administrative support, property management, tenant relations, and investment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Management:
• Manage tenant communications including inquiries, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Handle rent collection, process payments, and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain property management reports and documentation.
• Real Estate Investment Support:
• Assist in the research and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Track and report on investment performance, market trends, and property valuations.
• Organize and maintain investment records, contracts, and documents.
• Coordinate with real estate agents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Administrative Duties:
• Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Manage and update databases and property management software.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Communication:
• Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and investment partners.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Additional Tasks:
• Perform other related tasks and projects as required by the company.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in property management, real estate investment, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio) and real estate platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proeffecient in English.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Docusign or similar knowledge is a must
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Precision to details is a must.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and investment analysis is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations and laws.
• Certification in property management or real estate (e.g., CPM, CRPM) is advantageous.
