We're building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers at Pepper Content. As our Creative Director, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing creative ideas for digital films.
We're seeking an individual who is comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, and has excellent people skills. If you think you have the spark and a constantly simmering pot of ideas, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the creative ideas and vision for digital films, working closely with the video sales team.
• Participate actively in client briefings and pitches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in creative direction for digital films, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas
