About the Role

As a Customer Interviewer, you will play a vital role in gathering insights from our valued customers across Australia. You will conduct outbound calls to complete brief interviews, capturing their experiences and feedback. Your key responsibilities will include:

Following guidelines to ensure consistent and unbiased data collection.
Listening attentively and accurately recording respondent answers.
Accommodating reluctant respondents by scheduling callbacks at convenient times.
Delivering precise verbatim transcripts for survey segments.
Maintaining customer engagement and professionalism throughout the interview.
Meeting quality standards and adhering to call monitoring requirements.
We offer flexible working arrangements, such as two full days, or five days during school hours. We will work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.

About You

You are enthusiastic about learning from our customers and understanding their build journey with us. You are a confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills, adept telephone techniques, and fast, accurate data entry abilities. Your ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time efficiently makes completing over 100 customer interviews per month a breeze. You know how to capture the attention of customers and keep them engaged throughout the interview process.
