Job Duties & responsibilities
Ø Preparation of local financials (under Indian GAAP & as per RBI directives)
Ø Preparation of regulatory (RBI) reports. Reports include DSB Returns, Form-A, Special Fortnightly Returns, Form-VIII, Form-X, etc.
Ø BASEL-3 compliance including capital adequacy computation, Pillar 3 reporting, etc.
Ø Responsibility for all reporting to RBI pertaining to Finance and reporting’s to the Board/Audit Committees in compliance with the Companies Act.
Ø Coordination with RBI Inspection Team, Concurrent Auditors, Statutory Auditors, etc.
Required Experience
Ø Minimum 14 years’ experience in the Finance Department of a bank in similar capacity.
Ø Well versed with banking products, accounting norms, and regulations.
Ø Knowledge of all RBI regulations and RBI returns relating to the Financial Control function.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Ø Chartered Accountant
