Preparing annual business plan in-consultation with other teams within the organisation and tracking actual performance vs the business plan.
2. Managing relationship with shareholders and lenders.
3. Setting up an AIF and raising funds for same.
Main Responsibility:
1. Preparing a business plan in form of a financial model and regularly updating the same basis actual performance and change in market scenario.
2. Preparing shareholder decks for regular update to shareholders. Engaging with shareholder on regular basis.
3. Managing relationship with existing lenders and ensuring renewal of existing limits. Adding new lenders to the cap table.
4. Setting up an AIF vehicle for investment in stressed assets. Working with CEO/COO/CFO and head
investments for raising funds for AIF.
5. Tracking market trends and regulatory framework impacting the above deliverables.
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
Education : Post graduation degree in finance or related field, such as economics, accounting or business management.
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis and strategic management preferably in Bank/ NBFC
Functional Skills:
Excellence in financial modelling and presentation.
High analytical ability, good communication skills and team working ability
