Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you are responsible for all financial aspects of the Area’s operation
The GM is also responsible for implementing and adhering to all Company policies and procedures
Give direction, guidance, and support to construction and project management departments
Develop and direct processes to facilitate the successful completion of projects from start to finish
Prioritize projects based on needs and escalation, and assign projects as necessary
Regularly evaluate performance and develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction
Interface with vendors, subcontracts, and the client
Drive safety culture
