Fulltime Position
waiter (chef de rang) required for a 3 rosette restaurant, this is an ideal opportunity for a waiter who has fine dining experience to work in 3 rosette. They have live in on site and salary is £24500 + tips, 40 hrs week. The site is remote and no buses in the area, so own transport is needed. The term chef de rang is the french term for fine dining kitchens for a section waiter.
The roleAs a waiter / chef de rang you will run a section, you will set your section up for service, you will ensure your table look fantastic and well presented. you will run your tables in service and ensure your guests get a fantastic experience within the 3 rosette restaurant. this role will include all the normal waiter / chef de rang duties.
Experiencewe are looking for a waiter / chef de rang with a fine dining experience who wants to grow within the 3 rosette market. you will be great at delivering great service.
