The Bavarian brings a German-inspired, Aussie-embraced dining experience to cities and regional and suburban hubs across Australia and New Zealand.

True to its Bavarian heritage, the affordable, family-friendly restaurant showcases classic dishes such as deliciously warm, fresh-baked pretzels, roast pork belly and huge pork knuckles that are thick with golden crackling, generous sharing platters of traditional German meats, sausages and side dishes, and irresistible haus-baked apple strudel.
Nowhere else in Australia are seven styles of fabulous imported German beers found on tap, under one roof. Brews from Franziskaner, Löwenbräu, Hofbräu, Spartan and Paulaner are served in iconic one-litre glass steins, as well as beer paddles for tasting flights, alongside a range of Australian beers.

Previous experience within a front of house waiter or runners role preferred;
Must have a valid NSW RSA;
Ability to use POS and EFTPOS Systems;
Valid Australian Working Rights;
Prepared to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights;
Be motivated by a fast-paced environment
