Telecaller roles and responsibilities include providing service to the customer and to solve their queries either by making a call or attending one.
Following up for appoinments
Telecaller job profile should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
Coordinate with all other department as per the requirement.
Telecaller job requires fluency in required languages like English, Hindi and should have a good grip on computers
Answer incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly.
