Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Market Research Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field-based research, gathering data directly from consumers, and providing actionable insights to inform our business strategies. This role involves extensive travel, direct interaction with the target audience, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Research: Conduct face-to-face interviews, surveys, and focus groups to collect primary data from consumers and other stakeholders.
Data Collection: Utilize various data collection methods including observational techniques, in-depth interviews, and structured surveys.
Consumer Insights: Identify and report on Business preferences, behaviors, and feedback.
Market Analysis: Analyze field data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations based on field data, including actionable recommendations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected during field research.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and Admin to align research efforts with business objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform field research activities.
Travel: Travel extensively to various locations to conduct field research.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, with a focus on fieldwork or direct consumer engagement.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and focus groups.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with CRM and data management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with digital data collection tools and mobile survey platforms.
Fluency in multiple languages.
