Your Role: Warehouse / Carpentry Associate
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and ready to learn. You’ll work closely with our warehouse, production and logistics teams to package and prep customer orders for shipment, especially for import/export, making sure everything is labelled, protected, and tracked correctly. You will also assist the production team whenever needed.

What You’ll Do:

Safely package and label items for national and international shipment
Track, update, and process online orders
Assist carpenters in the production process
Perform basic carpentry duties including sanding, nailing, and fitting parts as directed, ensuring work is completed accurately and to quality standards
Follow blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions to support the production department
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors
Follow shipping protocols and help ensure customer satisfaction
Support shipping and production teams with additional tasks as needed
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any defects or needed repairs promptly
What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification (or ready to obtain one)
3 years of experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse work (preferred)
Strong communication and basic computer skills (Excel, email)
Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience coordinating or delegating tasks in a team setting
Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fridays OFF
Saturdays - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay:

Start at $19/hour
Increase to $20/hour after 90 days with a strong review
$21/hour after one year + cost-of-living increases
Overtime pay available

Woodbridge, ON – Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
