Job Summary:

As a Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator at our car dealership, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and logistics operations that support our dealership's parts and accessories department. You will ensure that all automotive parts, accessories, and supplies are received, stored, and distributed efficiently, helping to maintain optimal inventory levels and supporting the service department with timely parts delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the organization and storage of automotive parts and accessories in the warehouse.
• Coordinate the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders.
• Process and prepare parts orders for the service department and retail customers. Ensure that orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Work with suppliers, carriers, and other vendors to schedule deliveries and optimize logistics processes.
• Inspect parts and accessories for quality and accuracy upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, receipts, and order fulfillments.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay: $22.25-$26.05 per hour
