Ross Stores, Inc. is a dynamic and growing company that values innovation and teamwork. Our Warehouse Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily checks on equipment and machinery to identify potential issues
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address equipment failures
• Train and mentor junior technicians to improve knowledge and skills
• Participate in safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety and wellness
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or certification in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
