About the Role:
Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing our warehouse management processes using Oracle WMS Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration:
• You will lead the implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud, configuring the system to meet specific operational needs and ensuring seamless integration with other systems such as ERP and transportation management.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide timely support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related inquiries. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing warehouse processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, recommending enhancements to leverage Oracle WMS Cloud capabilities effectively.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the WMS, preparing reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• Strong background in warehouse management systems, specifically Oracle WMS Cloud
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring WMS systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Compensation Package:
