Responsibilities
We're seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator to support inventory storage, space utilization, and overall operational efficiency
Operate equipment like forklifts, lift trucks, pallet jacks, and more
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and reporting discrepancies
Use SAP to track and reconcile inventory, and review stocking levels to recommend adjustments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Projects) to optimize order fulfillment rates
Conduct periodic physical inventories, verify inventory details, and assist with resolving discrepancies
Follow safety and operational procedures to deliver on key performance metrics: safety, cost, quality, and delivery
Work closely with logistics teams to schedule pickups and deliveries, making critical routing decisions
