Conduct time study of each operation activity and devise more efficient & safe processes
Develop efficient packing process to improve productivity
Design, monitor, and maintain a safe working environment through compliance of safety programs
Supervise minor maintenance and sanitation as needed
Involved in and recommend hiring, promotions, terminations, performance appraisals, and labor standards

Role Description:

Qualifications:

- degree, Industrial engineering, operations, or related field

preferred.

-2-4 years’ experience in warehousing.

-2--6 years previous supervisory experience in warehousing preferred.

-Understanding of warehouse regulations regarding quality and safety.

Salary
