Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing your team to achieve departmental and site goals related to safety, culture, cost, performance, and quality
You will set the standard for operational excellence and drive your team’s success through data-driven decisions and values-based leadership
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing report accuracy, scheduling, cross-functional communication, and ensuring production is efficient and safe
Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Develop and implement effective shift schedules that align with volume and operational requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices
Adjust labor allocation as needed to meet forecasts and operational goals
Provide hands-on coaching, training, and development to Warehouse Associates and Leads, ensuring efficient processes and procedures
Utilize technology, including WMS systems, to enhance operational efficiency
Solve operational challenges using data analysis, innovation, and process improvements
Maintain high levels of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to support overall organizational success
Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
Exhibit strong management and project management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication

Role Description:
Our client, a food & beverage organization is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the 2nd Shift. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be a dynamic leader, working closely with the Warehouse Associates and Leads. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing your team to achieve departmental and site goals related to safety, culture, cost, performance, and quality.
