Job Summary

This role involves accurate receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping orders of product. The successful candidate will be responsible for counting products, reporting shortages, and ensuring correct shipments. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Count all products and compare to manifests
Report damages and mis-shipments
Safely unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations
Maximize space usage and put away items on racks
Ensure correct orders are picked and shipped
Maintain equipment and assigned areas in a neat and clean condition
Education, Experience, and Qualifications

High school degree preferred
6 months of distribution and warehousing experience or comparable experience
Strong math skills and ability to read and write legibly
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The noise level is usually moderate, but may require the use of PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection. Travel, including air travel or auto travel, may occasionally be required.
