Responsibilities
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have been responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments?
You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments
With a focus on accuracy and organization, you will help maintain inventory integrity and support seamless workflow within the warehouse
Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists
Receive parts and components for production, including monitoring of consumption and providing alerts for reordering
Document & report any discrepancies or damaged items
Maintain records of all received goods
Update systems and complete reports via Excel spreadsheets
Organize and file receiving documents for easy access
Update consumption records and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels
Coordinate closely with our Procurement Specialist to manage inventory efficiently
Ensure accurate storage and organization of received items
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards
Report quality issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Shipping & Receiving, and Production teams
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies throughout all operations
Maintain a clean and safe receiving area

What would you do as our Receiving / Inventory Specialist (internal title is Receiving Clerk)?

You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments. You would also:
