Job Overview:
Staff Force is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily
warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and
logistics. This role requires a detail-oriented, problem-solving leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitting and fulfillment,
managing a team, and optimizing warehouse systems for project-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment:
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and organization within the warehouse.
• Manage the receiving and shipping of domestic and international orders.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality control standards and are properly packaged.
• Implement and maintain systems to track and manage inventory effectively.
Logistics & Operations:
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including freight and customs
compliance.
• Work with carriers and vendors to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and enhance warehouse systems to efficiently manage project workflows.
Team Leadership & Warehouse Management:
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to
company policies.
• Train and mentor employees on best practices, safety, and operational procedures.
• Foster a team-oriented environment while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily
tasks.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations and company
standards.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:
• Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
• Implement new technologies or processes to streamline kitting, fulfillment, and
logistics.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, including kitting and fulfillment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making
skills.
• Hands-on approach to daily operations with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in building and optimizing warehouse systems for project-based work.
• Knowledge of domestic and international logistics, including customs and freight
regulations.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
