Job description
We're pleased to offer some fantastic opportunities in our new L&D department. We're looking for three Warehouse trainers to cover the North, South and Midlands respectively.
We are pleased to offer these roles as genuine development opportunities; if your background is in warehousing and you'd like to venture into training we will support and develop you into a first class training professional. If you have a training background but not warehousing we will give you the industry knowledge you need.
If you don't already have them, we'll get you qualifications such as MHE instructor, L3 Award in Education and Training (AET) and more.
These are also opportunities to have ownership of your role and region; you'll be supported to make decisions about what your stakeholders need. As a result, you will develop some great transferrable skills such as stakeholder management, critical thinking, problem solving and strategic (business) awareness. You will also work together with your teammates covering the other regions to create and implement the training support your business needs.
Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, and as this is a regional role you will also receive a car allowance of £5360.
