Waterproofing Compliance & Testing Technician

We are seeking a detail-driven, compliance-focused professional to take ownership of the technical and regulatory compliance function within a specialist waterproofing consultancy.

You are:

Highly structured and methodical
Naturally risk-aware and compliance-oriented
Comfortable working with NCC and Australian Standards
Confident identifying and explaining non-compliance
Calm under pressure and able to take responsibility
Independent, organised, and accountable
You have:

Strong written communication and report-writing skills
Experience interpreting building standards and compliance requirements
Exposure to NCC Volume One/Two and Australian Standards (e.g. AS 3740, AS 4654)
Experience dealing with certifiers, builders, or consultants
Background (one or more):

Building surveying / certification
Waterproofing or building compliance consultancy
Engineering or architectural background with compliance exposure
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term, Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
