Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and high-performing individuals from the banking and NBFC sectors, especially those who have experience selling ULIPs, Fixed Deposits, and other investment-linked products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong client base and a proven track record in managing high-value portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients with portfolios in crores.
• Cross-sell life insurance products (primarily ULIPs) aligned with client financial goals.
• Leverage existing relationships in banks/NBFCs to drive business.
• Provide tailored financial advice and build long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in selling ULIPs, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, or Wealth Products.
• Prior experience in organizations like Bajaj Finserv, PNB MetLife, HDFC Life, or similar will be an advantage.
• Strong HNI client network and portfolio management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
