Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and, when necessary, enhance a suite of web-based resources and tools used by a partner agency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions.
Manage the full development lifecycle, including design, construction, and implementation.
Prioritize and complete deliverables within specified timeframes.
Ensure compliance with organizational technical architecture standards.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and conduct quality reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in information technology systems development.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise Java.
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
Familiarity with Oracle database tools and WebLogic application server.
Exposure to spatial data and map-based web user interface design.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and application design.
Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems and the ability to learn proprietary CMS solutions quickly.
