Qualifications
We are looking for a Web Designer that has a minimum 2 years of experience designing for the web
1point21 designs beautiful and modern websites for businesses, so our ideal candidate has experience designing modern, cutting edge websites and designs with user experience and user interface (UX/UI) top of mind
While years of experience is important, we are more interested in designers who can create beautiful designs while always considering and prioritizing the user experience in their work
Bonus points if you have experience with mobile app & software designs, as we also do software development work
Portfolio demonstrating strong digital (UI/UX) designs
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.)
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

We are looking for someone who can impress us with their portfolio. While years of experience is important, we are more interested in designers who can create beautiful designs while always considering and prioritizing the user experience in their work. If you believe you can wow us with your portfolio, we’d love to hear from you!
